Purchases from xelvomnro.shop are covered by our 30-day free return offer, including when you change your mind.

Starting the process

Email bigfooterso@outlook.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, checkout email address, and the items you wish to return. You do not need to provide a reason for a change-of-mind return.

We will provide the correct destination and a prepaid label or another return shipping arrangement at our expense. Under our voluntary offer, please dispatch the goods within 14 days after receiving those instructions and keep proof of shipment.

Our correspondence address is not automatically a returns warehouse. Contact us for correct routing. Statutory cancellation rights do not require our approval.

Preparing your return

Please include the supplied accessories and use suitable protective packaging. Original packaging is appreciated where reasonably available.

You may unpack and reasonably inspect your purchase. Missing original packaging alone does not remove statutory rights. Damage caused by misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary offer, subject to applicable law.

Free return shipping

We cover return shipping and charge no restocking or return handling fees.

For a complete order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods and standard outbound delivery. For partial returns, we refund the returned goods and any delivery charges refundable by law.

A partial return will not trigger a retrospective shipping charge because the retained merchandise falls below our free-shipping threshold.

Problems with your purchase

If goods arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from your order, email us with a description. Photographs are helpful if reasonably available.

We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund and cover necessary shipping costs. Our voluntary 30-day period does not shorten mandatory remedies.

Refund method and timing

We assess returns and issue applicable refunds promptly after receiving the goods or return evidence, as required by law. Refunds go to the original payment method.

After issuance, refunds are generally expected to appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Mandatory deadlines take priority. Contact us if the funds have not appeared after seven business days.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us immediately to cancel before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, available return and statutory cancellation rights remain applicable.

Exchanges depend on stock. Where appropriate, we can help arrange a return followed by a separate purchase.

UK cancellation rights

For most online goods purchases, UK customers may cancel without a reason within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within another 14 days.

We reimburse without undue delay. Unless we offer collection, we may wait for the goods or return evidence, whichever arrives first, and reimburse within 14 days of that event. If we offer collection, reimbursement is due within 14 days of cancellation.

Standard delivery is refundable; optional premium supplements need not be refunded unless legally required. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond necessary inspection. Return shipping remains free. Our 30-day offer supplements these rights. UK returns guidance
